A Roof tent is a large and heavy item, that is why we use our own delivery service with two people. You can book a delivery day and time that suits you and receive e-mail notification about the status of your order.

Shipping of our roof tents is and remains free.

Important delivery information
If there is any visible damage to the roof tent itself, please take photos and notify us immediately so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

Cancellation and returns
In the unlikely event that you change your mind, you can return your item(s) for a refund.

If you return a Roof Tent, we can arrange collection for you. A maximum of 100 euros in collection costs will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unused/undamaged.

We will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you return the product to us yourself, we will refund you within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you via the payment method you used.

Swap
Exchanges are possible. To exchange your roof tent or accessory, please contact us stating your order number and the items you wish to exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original unopened packaging
