Delve into overlanding
Like most people we bought what was available, roof top tents from "premium" brands, ready-made accessories with inflated names and an even more inflated price tag. Gear that looked great in a YouTube review but let you down as soon as the weather turned or the bolts started to rattle loose. The more we got into overlanding the more it became clear, the gear just can't keep up.
What's on sale these days is either overpriced, over-branded tents designed by marketing teams, or cheap junk built to last a weekend.
Our own brand
So we started our own company. On the road, somewhere in Northern Ghana, with a simple mission: Create the next generation of roof tents. Tents that are smart, stylish and purpose-built for regular overlanders. Tents that don’t cost a fortune. Tents we would actually want to use.
No frills. No middlemen. Just solid stuff, built by overlanders, priced for overlanders.
We have dirt under our nails, no marketing degrees. We test every tent ourselves. And we talk to customers the way we talk to each other. DaktentDump is for people who would rather spend their money on fuel than on a logo.
